A soft life means living comfortably, peacefully, and with little stress, as one tries to avoid too much struggle and focus on enjoying life. Real life is the actual way people live every day, with responsibilities, challenges, and experiences, as it’s the life they face, just not what they imagine.
Soft life focuses on self-care and mental well-being. This is when someone doesn’t want to overwork or overdo things that cause them to have stress. They want a smooth sailing life. They enjoy a calm and comfortable life, while in real life, people learn to face challenges as they navigate the normal life. This leads them to have stress as they may overdo it even at work to cover their financial problems. Having to make difficult decisions on whether to do this or that, which may cause depression, due to body and mind exhaustion.
In real-life situations, one has to work hard to manage responsibilities, which include paying bills such as water, electricity, rent, insurance, and many more. All these depend on one person to settle them. Meeting deadlines and taking care of family is part of life; one has to know how to take the burden on their back, while a soft life is when focus financial comfort, so basic needs are met easily. In soft life, enjoyment and relaxation are the norms as one may focus on travelling, visiting new places, good food and leisure activities.
Soft life, one has to have a work-life balance as there are no overworking terms, while in real life, one has to meet the demands needed.
In real life, one has to work or study, or sometimes even do both, to earn a living and build a future that others may even depend on. One may do different things at the same time. They balance different parts of life- personal needs, community, family and also work in line, while in soft life, one can do anything to feel comfortable and stress-free. It is just their life in focus, nothing more, nothing less.
In conclusion, one may love to have a soft life, but reality will always overshadow our judgment,as one may reach a point to taste one of its slices in place. Therefore, we should learn how to navigate in both lives.
